Sterling has a wide range of health care facilities to meet our community and regional needs. These include Sterling Regional Medical Center and Family Health Clinic, Banner Health Center, David Walsh Cancer Treatment Center, Salud Clinic, DaVita Dialysis Center, and Centennial Mental Health. UC Health and Colorado Medical Plains have physician practices and along with Banner Health, host visiting speciality clinics. We have seven dental practices. Options for assisted living and elder care include Beehive, Legacy, Sterling Living Center and Devonshire Acres.
Our largest health care facility is the Sterling Regional MedCenter. Sterling Regional MedCenter (“SRM”) has provided outstanding medical care to residents of Northeastern Colorado and the surrounding area since 1938.
The MedCenter includes a 25-bed acute-care hospital with state-of-the-art technology and a full range of health care services. SRM is also home to the David Walsh Cancer Center, which offers an unprecedented level of cancer care to Northeastern Colorado residents. SRM offers cutting-edge technology such as eICU, a remote monitoring system and an intelligent OB program, a computerized system designed to reduce the chance of complications during labor.
