Logan County New Industrial and Rail Parks
Logan County purchased 100 acres of Colorado state land for the purpose of creating a new industrial park east of Sterling. Eleven blocks ranging in size from 2.34 to 7.0 acres are available for development. The site is accessible by US Highway 6 and will have rail access.
